The species, level of activity and size and use of the property all affect the treatment plan. A single accessible wasp nest is different from bed bug activity across several rooms; mouse proofing can also involve different work from monitoring and control.
Access, preparation, specialist equipment and the number of visits are discussed before the quotation is agreed. If an inspection reveals a materially different situation, we explain it before changing the scope.
